Toasted hazelnut and almond come first, warm and a little buttery — the smell of a cookie sheet coming out of the oven. Then the condensed milk pours over: thick, sweetened, with a soft coconut edge that keeps it creamy instead of cloying. It dries down into caramel and vanilla, that last-bite sweetness that clings to your fingers. Comfort in a bottle, but built with enough nutty snap that it never goes flat or babyish.
