Returns and Refunds

Short version: if it is unopened, send it back. If it is opened, we cannot resell it — which is exactly why we want you to sample first.

Unopened items

Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Reach out at [email protected] to start it.

Opened fragrance

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrance — the same rule every legitimate perfume house follows. This is the whole reason samples exist: try before you commit to a full bottle.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, that is on us. Email us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it — your call.

Refund timing

Once we receive and check your return, refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
