Answers to the usual questions
Where is my order?+
Orders ship from our US warehouse in 2–5 business days via UPS. As soon as the parcel moves, your tracking link updates in real time. If it looks stuck, send us the order number and we will chase it.
Can I change or cancel an order?+
Write to us as soon as you can. While the parcel is still with us we can change the address, swap a scent or cancel it altogether. Once it is handed to UPS, we can only help after delivery.
How do returns work?+
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, refunded to your original payment method. Opened bottles cannot be resold, which is exactly why we suggest sampling first. Full terms are on the returns page.
My parcel arrived damaged. What now?+
Send us a photo of the parcel and the bottle along with your order number. Damage in transit is on us — we replace or refund, and you keep the paperwork out of it.
Do you sell wholesale?+
Write to us with the topic “Wholesale”, tell us your store and the volumes you have in mind, and we will send terms.
