Welcome to fcperfumes.com, operated by Fantasy Community Perfumes ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We have kept them in plain English on purpose — but they are still binding.
1. Who can order
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your state) to purchase. By ordering, you confirm the shipping and payment details you provide are accurate and yours to use.
2. Products & descriptions
We describe our fragrances as accurately and vividly as we can, but scent is subjective and screens cannot smell. Notes, longevity, and projection described on this site reflect typical experience, not a guarantee — skin chemistry varies. That is exactly why we offer samples, and we recommend starting there.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed by our secure third-party payment processor — we never see or store your full card number. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot verify or fulfill.
4. Shipping & risk
We ship from our US warehouse via UPS, tracked. Estimated transit times are estimates, not promises. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided; if a package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us and we will work it out (see Shipping and Returns).
5. Returns
Unopened, unused items may be returned per our Returns and Refunds policy. Opened fragrance cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Full details are on the Returns page, which is part of these terms.
6. Safety, allergies & proper use
Our products are fragrances for external, cosmetic use only.
- They are not medicine. Nothing on this site is a health claim; our products do not treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing here is medical advice.
- Allergies & sensitivities: fragrances contain aromatic ingredients that can trigger sensitivity in some people. If you have known fragrance allergies or sensitive skin, patch-test first — apply a small amount to the inner forearm and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a physician.
- Keep away from eyes, broken skin, open flame, children, and pets. Fragrance is flammable — store cool, dry, and away from heat.
7. Your account & conduct
Do not misuse the site: no scraping, no attempting to breach security, no fraudulent orders, no reposting our content as your own.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — copy, product names, images, design — belongs to us or our licensors. Personal, non-commercial use only.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law says otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
