Once the returned products are received, the credit card refund will usually take 10-15 business days to appear on your statement.

Fantasy Community Perfumes is a Brenham based company and we are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within Brenham. Any orders shipped to a destination outside of New Jersey are exempt from sales tax.
HOW LONG IS THE COUPON CODE VALID FOR?
Once the coupon is received you will have two months to use the credit towards your favorite Fantasy Community Perfumes product.
HOW DO I USE THE COUPON CODE THAT I RECEIVED WHEN I PURCHASED THE DISCOVERY SET?
It’s very simple!
You will find the code in your order confirmation. Once you add a product from the Eshop https://fcperfumes.com to your cart, enter the code into the designated area. When applied, the price of the discovery set will automatically be deducted from the total.
Please note that the coupon will only be valid for 2 months and can only be applied towards any purchase of a full-size product, excluding the Discovery Set.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also click HERE to track your order anytime.
HOW TO KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN ACCEPTED ?
Once the payment is complete, your order number will appear on your screen, with a sum up of it.
Then, you will receive one email will confirm the whole corder and will include a recapitulative.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Your order can be canceled as long as its status is "being prepared". You may cancel it by sending an email to email@example.com.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY INVOICE?
You have access to all your invoices in “My Account.”
HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER ?
Once your order has been confirmed, it will be in preparation and ready for expedition. You can not modify it.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT ?
If you receive a product that is different from the one that you ordered, we’re sorry about that! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to get you what you ordered!
