Simply enter your order number, print your return label, and attach it to the original packaging.

You are entitled to return any product (except samples, Discovery Sets and Personal Care Items) ordered via the website within the 15 days following the date of delivery, and subject to the following terms and conditions:

“ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, SEALED, TOGETHER WITH A NOTE CONTAINING YOUR NAME, ADDRESS AND ORDER NUMBER. ONLY E-COMMERCE ORDERS FROM OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE ARE ACCEPTED. ITEM PURCHASED IN-STORE FROM THIRD PARTY RETAILERS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL POINT OF SALE AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE RETAILER’S RETURN POLICIES. OPEN PRODUCTS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.”
